My name is Laura Redman and I am the director of LR Fitness Live Right. I wanted to take a moment to say hello and welcome you to my fitness community.


This is a blog for everyone out there who wants to improve their health and wellbeing. It's not about where you start your fitness journey… it's about where you would like to go.

Perhaps you are overweight and tried every fad there is but nothing has worked (long term). Or you have been told by a doctor to change your lifestyle to avoid serious health conditions. Or you train regularly but you have plateaued and you are looking for some inspiration.


Well… everything you don't know is something you can learn and this is the place.

I am extremely passionate about what I do and I promise I will not let you down! I want you to be the best version of yourself so that you can live your best life. Start your transformation here and be confident in your body and love what you see.


I will be updating this blog on a regular basis to keep you in the loop, with all the new things happening at Live Right as well as the wider fitness industry. You can expect to receive nutritional advice; healthy recipes; workout ideas; exercise tutorials; debates on latest trends.
