Services offered

When it comes to exercise there is no one size fits all... so I have lots of different options to consider. You may prefer to train in a group with like-minded individuals or work one on one with a trainer on a specific goal. You may prefer to train in the mornings and start the day energised or in the evenings to de-stress after work. I have something for everyone and each option shares a common goal which is to be stronger both in body and mind.

            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

These one to one training sessions can take place indoors or outdoors… at your house or at the gym. You might be new to fitness not knowing where to start or a hardcore fanatic dreaming of your first ironman. Sometimes you just need additional support whether it be keeping you motivated or looking for guidance and an objective eye. No matter what your situation your programme will be tailor made to achieve your goals and reach your full potential. I have a number of packages available from one off sessions to intensive courses where I will track your progress.             SMALL GROUP TRAINING

 

For one reason or another people these days are living a more sedentary lifestyle than ever before. The time to change this is now and this would be a perfect way to get into fitness. Perhaps you don't know what to do ​or too scared to go to the gym for the fear of being judged. I would start from scratch taking small incremental steps rather than an all guns blazing approach. These sessions would be kept deliberately small (up to 4 people) who find themselves in a similar situation. You would get the personalised attention you require in order to make steady progress for the long term, and at the same time share the costs that normally comes with having personal training.

Wouldn't it be great if we could reduce the number of lifestyle diseases and the need for medication.

            FITNESS CLASSES

 

Most of us these days spend so much of our time indoors especially during the winter months. Why not change things up a little and reap the benefits of exercising in the fresh air. I will soon be running outdoor fitness classes at Woodhurst Park in Warfield for up to 15 people, so there will be no hiding at the back or left trying to figure it out on your own. I will keep the sessions fun and fresh so that your body is always having to adapt and improve. It will be suitable for all ages and abilities and I would love for you to join. When it comes to fitness there is some truth in a common saying "strength in numbers" for that added motivation. Just swap one gym session and give it a go... I promise you won't regret it. Remember this... what may seem difficult when you start will soon become a warm up
