Stay strong during coronavirus outbreak...

We are living in unprecedented times as the coronavirus pandemic sweeps the nation. The government has urged us to avoid all non-essential travel and contact with others, and they are on the cusp of setting further restrictions in the coming days and weeks. This will have a severe impact on how we go about our daily lives.

It is important now more than ever to take steps to support your immune system. Stay active… social distancing does not mean that you should become a couch potato. Exercise helps to reduce stress and boosts your white blood cells which fights off illnesses. Why not sign up to my online programme for workouts you can do at home. You can do this short term while the virus runs its course or continue afterwards. There will be video tutorials and instructions for each exercise to ensure correct technique, and I will be available on skype for feedback and to answer any questions. Also I will add new content weekly to keep sessions fresh to avoid boredom.
